11.37 wbc, diff was normal, esr 31, protein 8.5, trace hemo in urine, rbc&wbc/hpf normal, us showed mildly enlarged liver 19.6cm with increased echotexture suggestive of fatty infiltrate what all this mean?

Unable to tell: Labs and imaging studies alone can't tell much without knowing symptoms that go along with them. Sorry.

WBC is very: Mildly elevated as is sed rate. Protein level is also on the high side. I cannot make all this one issue. Probably need to work with your doc to complete the work up.
