I didn't find protein in my urine test, should my liver function test be ok?

Unknown: Protein in the urine indicates a problem with one's kidneys, usually; it says nothing about whether your liver is healthy or not. So your question is not to the point; your urine protein level has nothing to do with your liver function tests.
