Chest pain: The likely answer is Anxiety mediated, but i do not know you, especially over the computer, so chest pain needs to be seen to rule out cardiac. If probable anxiety as suspected and you have an itch too, then Hydroxyzine HCL is non-addicting, and FDA approved for both anxiety and itching, so your Dr. may "kill 2 birds with one stone." Best wishes.

Hang on!: Smoke-free for 2 weeks - that is AWESOME! Quitting smoking is probably the single best thing you could ever do for your health. But it's not easy and coming off the nicotine can increase anxiety while your body adjusts to making it's own neurotransmitters. Try taking some Claritin (loratadine) for the itching during the day and benedryl at night. See your doctor if the depression gets worse. Congrats!!!
