Went to donate blood and my BP was 150/84 the nurse said not to worry about the 150 which seems high as the 84 is within range?

Hello! I recently had an annual exam with a blood pressure of 136/76 which the nurse said was good. They didnt say anything else. I looked up the numbers online and 136 seems high. In the past couple of years my systolic numbers have been 118 and 128. Im 33 years old with a vegetarian diet. Wondering if the recent quarantine sedentary habits have contributed to higher systolic BP. What is your advice? Thanks! Blood pressure
