Hi the other day I went to donate blood and they said I cannot donate blood as my iron count is high 18.4 is this anything to worry about.

Hemoglobin slightly elevated...rage is 17.7 and it was 18.4 but it has ALWAYS been high on every blood test for years. Should i freak out. all other labs were fine.....just that was slightly high can such a small range be something to worry about?
