A member asked:

I have headaches basically every day. however, i drink enough water, take breaks from screentime often, sleep well, and eat healthily. is there a reason why my headaches won't go away?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

In my experience the commonest type of daily headaches turn out to be muscle contraction tension type. These are usually continual, dull rather than throbbing headaches. However it's best to consult a neurologist for an accurate diagnosis and any appropriate testing. Stress management therapy is often helpful.
