For you, maybe...: Drinking plenty of water each day, even up to 4L per day at your age has been shown to reduce your chance of chronic kidney disease later in life by 2.5x. However, the danger in your case is that you are on quetiapine, that may put you at risk of hyponatremia (low sodium in the blood). So drink during the day, and just make sure you get your blood checked periodically by your doctor.
