bad migraine for 3 days. pain killers aren't doing anything. got enough sleep, eat healthy, drink lots of water, exercise regularly. still hurts.

It depends: The diagnosis of persistent migraine is best made by a professional. There are other "reasons" for a bad headache which persists. Pain pills should be the last resort for addressing migraines. See your doctor about the diagnosis and your options.
