What medicine can be given for patient with hyper thermia who has liver cirrhosis with gross ascites?thanks.

Antibiotics: I assume you mean "fever" when you say "hyperthermia". Patients with ascites are at risk for spontaneous bacterial peritonitis. This is infection of the ascitic fluid. In general a sample should be obtained and then antibiotics should be instituted.
