Wheezing: Wheezing at night is a serious symptom of asthma and you should be checked out. Could also be cardiac asthma, which is really congestive heart failure, but usually you would know that you have heart disease.

Obstruction in airwa: It may vary from asthma , copd, mucus formation, sleep apnea, nasal obstruction , smoking related, rarely malignancy and if symptom persist then see your doc.
