What could it mean if there is a wheeze on oonly one side of lung, which does not improve with ventolin, pf is completely normal, lung is also rattlin?

Needs evaluation: Do you have infection...Fever, cough...Sputum, what color? Blood count? Why are you on ventolin? Do you have asthma? You say that pulmonary functions (pf) are normal? Might need repeating pf? Are you a smoker? Are you taking other drugs...Bcp ? Need arterial blood gas, chest x-ray and/or ct scan ?Consult your doctor. Thank you.
