I smoked on accutane am i at higher risk of lung cancer?

If you smoke: You have risk. Cis-retinoic acid i believe is accutane, and it was tested as an adjuvant post operatively in patients resected with the disease. The recurrence rate was higher in the cis-retinoic acid group, mechanism not proposed. Smart people don't smoke, quit if they did, and hope for the best.

Smoking: Your risk of smoking alone is enough.
