No: Accutane is a good drug for very severe acne, but it has some potentially serious side-effects. These are best managed by a physician (usually a dermatologist) with experience in prescribing this drug.

No: There is no evidence that Accutane will increase your risk of lung cancer. In fact, Accutane has been used as a treatment for lung cancer but it has not shown any benefit. Don't smoke that is the biggest risk factor for lung cancer. Don't let anybody smoke around you.
