Not listed as a side effect. Please immediately see your PCP for evaluation of what you characterize as "heart problems." Please do not self diagnose or self medicate. A 5 minute Google search is NOT the equivalent of 10,000 hours of Medical School training and years of clinical practice.

Adverse effect of accutane on cardiopulmonary system is very rare. As my previous answer, if you recently received covid-19 vaccine you should see a cardiologist.
