i keep getting new tiny cherry angiomas on breasts ive had then on arms for years and few in stomach im not pregnant or taking any pills why do i keep getting them there im terrified thst it means high estrogen or breast cancer scared ?

If irregular cycles: as well, some patients have polycystic ovarian syndrome/insulin resistance, as a factor. This can increase levels of certain estrogens. Testing can be done for hormone issues and insulin resistance. Talk to your doctor about further evaluation.
