Dehydration: Anything that results in vomiting and/ or diarrhea can lead to dehydration. If you are feeling dehydrated or have those symptoms, force yourself to drink more fluids. If it continues or you cannot drink due to vomiting, it may be important to see your doctor to see if admission to the hospital for IV fluids is appropriate.
