Angular chili this: The cracking at the angles of the mouth is usually from yeast. More likely in diabetics, those who have been on antibiotics, or denture wearers. Often responds to topical anti fungal creams such as lotrimin (clotrimazole). If it doesn't improve then get fasting blood sugar blood test.
