certain medicines, vitamins, and food can do that. Best is to get a basic urine exam to rule out any pathology

I agree with Dr. Tandan. Besides those mentioned, some medical conditions may cause high concentration of bilirubin, hemoglobin and myoglobin in the urine and those molecules can turn urine into dark orange color although you are well hydrated. A simple urine dipstick test can detect these molecules in high concentration either directly or indirectly. Take care!
