Cracks/blisters: Make sure you haven't got into the habit of constantly licking your lips. Sometimes things as simple as petroleum jelly applied to the corner of your lips works. If necessary see your own dentist for an evaluation and treatment. He/she may refer you to your primary care physician or a dermatologist if cause is not readily apparent.

See GP: Studies show that angular chelitis can be caused by Vitamin B or Iron deficiency and some bloodwork and a full exam should be performed. You can then try a combination antifungal/mild topical steroid or if there are honey crusted lesions on the cracks your MD may consider oral/topical antibiotics. I would also do a full urine and blood STI screen and screen for inflammatory bowel disease. Goodluck

Just FYI this full gamut workup isnt necessary unless you have clinical signs and symptoms or suspicion based on review of systems or physical exam but I thought you would be interested in the DDx
