Cracks in mouth corners, called angular cheilitis,is rather common but I never saw allergies as a cause. We always check for vitamin deficiency or fungal infection if chronic drooling isn't the cause. I'm unsure that the papule near the nose is related & would have to be checked by an MD. may be a cyst. A corticosteroid cream designed for mouth use could be prescribed for the cheilitis. Take vits
