There is no way: There is no way -- short of amputating a large portion of your body. To lose one pound requires burning off 3, 500 calories that you don't eat. You might be able to lower your bmi to 23 in 1-3 years, with a vigorous program of diet and exercise.

Excessive: This is a large weight loss in a short amount of time! It sounds dangerous! Low steady weight loss sustained by lifestyle change is a better strategy. You can lose one to two pounds a week safely. Slow and steady wins the race!
