BMI: The best you can do is continue doing aerobic exercise for 40 minutes 3 to 5 times a week, wieght resistance three times a week and maintain a plant based diet similiar to the mediterranean diet. Do core work with the advisement of an exercise physiologist as they are experts in obtaining healty weight and improving your physique. Best wishes.
