Hard to say: Scoliosis is a curvature of the spine and is not usually used to describe any other part of the body. So to say scoliosis of the upper limbs is not a common way to describe any deformity of the arms. All that being said, it may have been someone's attempt to describe a curvature of the arms, or you may not have understood what was said. Thank you for the question.
