What is the question: Are you HIV + and asking if your baby can be hiv+? Or are you concerned that delivering vaginally will subject you to risk of HIV infection? If the latter, don't worry. You do not get HIV in that fashion. Only sexually or by blood transfer (transfusion, needle sharing, transplants, etc.) rephrase your question.
