You need a MCG: Stress echo is inaccurate in detecting ischemic heart disease, especially for women. Normal blood test results do not mean that you do not have ischemia, or lack of blood supply due to coronary artery disease. You need an accurate and early detection tool to be certain. That tool is called "multifunction cardiogram" or mcg for short, please find a physician who uses mcg. It may save your life!

Pinched nerve: Because patients having cardiac problems can have these symptoms, you should have this ruled out. But the most common cause is an irritation of a nerve in the neck by a bone spur or herniation that can cause pain or numbness that runs down the arm into the hand. An MRI can usually show the cause of the problem if it does not resolve. Thank you for the question.
