i have low blood pressure and when i stand up to fast my head hurts and i feel kind of dizzy. what can i do to stop the headaches and dizziness?

Stand slower: You are experiencing what is called "orthostatic hypotension", which can actually cause you to pass out. Some medications or dehydration can exaggerate this response.
Drink lots of water, take lots of time when standing, and talk to your physician.

Blood pressure: You can increase the fluids and salt in your diet, wear support hose and pay attention when you are standing up to do it slowly.
