Upper respiratory : Sounds like you have a virus. Get some rest, eat properly, push fluids. If you are not better in a week, see your dr.

Sinus problem?: If your pain is generalized to your upper teeth on one or both sides and you have a headcold with congestion you may have sinus pressure. Try a decongestant. If you don't get relief then you should see a dentist for an examination.
