Been having some headaches often at the back lower part of my head and around my ears with ear pressure which tend to make me dizzy at times. what kind of headache could this be?

Your pain location might suggest a tension headache mechanism, but is anatomically in the distribution of Greater or Lessor Occipital Nerves, and might be a neuralgia. But a glib answer here will not necessarily be accurate. See a neurologist for a more thorough assessment.
