A member asked:

I get stopped up at night can't breathe through my nose, it happens only at night when i lie down in bed, any thoughts add to what could be happening?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Gravity: When you are upright, gravity lessens congestion. When you lie down in bed, there is less pull for your extracellular fluid away from your head and nose. As such, there is greater accumulation producing congestion. Try sleeping with your head elevated.
