Different formulas exist for BMI or body mass index. One uses 45.5 kg + 2.3 kg per inch over 5 feet, that will come to about 57 kg for you that is only an estimate and within a range.

In general you want to try to get to a weight that increases the likelihood of you living the longest and healthiest. In the US that is a BMI less than 25.
