About 145-160 lbs: Depending on your build, your bmi should be between 20-25. For 5'9'' female, your weight should be between 145-160 lbs.

Less than 169#: Check out http://nhlbisupport.Com/bmi/ which is a body mass index calculator. Normal bmi is 20-25 so maximum weight for fe/male who stands 69" tall is <169#. Overweight bmi is 25-30 while obese bmi is >30. Age is irrelevant in calculating weight. However, muscle mass & body composition is more important than just weight since you don't want to be skinny fat eg normal weight but all fat w/o muscle.
