Possibly: The overall range and trend seems flat and if your dre is normal, until the trend changes it is reasonable to keep a watch q 6 mo with a dre.

Probably wait...: Psa elevation with no prostate cancer found in 2 p-biopsies is nothing unusual at all. Finding no cancer doesn't guarantee no cancer. The described drastic drop in psa may suggest either being after antibiotic rx if prostatitis was sucpected and treated, or simply after taking 5-alpha reductase inhibitor such as Finasteride resulting in an expected drop by about 50%. So, continue dre and decide...
