Urologist: Is your psa still rising? Your urologist who knows all your findings is best qualified to advise you about a repeat biopsy. Some experts are now using MRI to diagnose prostate cancer. You may have a benign prostate that simply puts out a lot of psa. Sometimes biopsy samples do miss pockets of cancer, however. Nevertheless I would follow the advice of a skilled urologist.

Urology for PSA: Please see a urology specialist. That is a high PSA and worrisome. I would follow his/her recommendations as to biopsy again.
