Lifestyle change: It's good that you want to address this before you become seriously overweight. Remember that you want lean muscle; if you are a strength athlete this may be a good weight for you. Touch base with a dietician, then get involved heavily in the fitness culture, relearning how to eat and do aerobic fitness; make new friends who will guide you when they see you're trying.
