Chest wall exercise: Sounds like you are not overweight at all. Usually we recommend weight loss or at least body fat reduction to help reduce breast size, but you may have limitations for that. It would be worth trying to exercise chest wall muscles to help strengthen pectorals muscle which would help support breast tissue, but I am not sure you will get a lot of results.
