Incomplete info;BMI3: To calculate your body fat index (BFI), we need to know your waist circumference. Then, based on the BFI, we can tell if it is "abnormal" or if it is acceptable. For instance, if your waist is 40 in (& you're a male), then your BFI is about 23% & would be acceptable (less than 25%). Your BMI is 31, BTW, suggesting obesity; reducing the BFI usually involves exercise & healthy eating as the 1st step
