4 Goals: Everyone in industrialized nations is at risk for the same 4 nutritional problems, but these are not solved by supplements: too much sodium (salt); too much fat or calories; too much omega-6 fat and not enough omega-3; and not enough fiber. So if you really want a worthwhile supplement, supplement your fiber intake with high-fiber bread having 5-6 grams of fiber per slice.

Yes: I recommend no vitamins at all, since they are worthless. Save your money and buy a gym membership. Exercise has proven health benefits. Vitamins do not. And your joints will thank you, too.
