A member asked:

Can taking glucosamine sulfate supplements benefit your joints?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possibly: Some patients believe it is helpful for joint pain. Clinical studies have not shown significant benefit. In my practice I have seen patient's get relief in their knees and hips. If you want to use it, it must be taken regularly and possibly up to three months to be effective.
