Maybe: A good multivitamin will include c, e, b12, and b-complex so you are probably taking a lot of the same (and spending a lot of money... Vitamins are not cheap!). Glucosamine is good but you are too young to need it. If you feel like you need them, i would spend on a good multivitamin that has all that you need. I personally prefer to get vitamins from fresh foods as they are better absorbed.

??: I doubt that this will hurt you but does it do much good is a ?Vit d is probably one of the more important ones and pretty easy to check and see if is at ok levels you did not say how much you are taking and you said multivitamins as in plural i would definitely not recommend taking more than multi vit / day as you could wind up wit too much vit a which can cause problems vitamindcouncil, org.
