Stuffy nose: Try saline nasal spray to decongest the nostril. Also try blowing the nose - dried mucus could be causing the obstruction.

Saline nose drops: Use a cool mist humidifier.She can take a decongestant.She may have a deviated nasal septum so one side is more congested.try using dr Neil's irrigation for nasal congestion.it is available in all pharmacies.It can really help
