Rule out COVID 19: If you are able to have her tested at a local children's hospital, and to obtain a chest image, I would suggest these evaluations. While most children have self limited illness, she may have pneumonia or another infection. Please use children's Tylenol for fever control, provide fluids and please follow up with her pediatrician. Stay home and avoid contact with others until test negative.
