Morning doc. i have a 8 months old daughter,she has been having a blocked nose for 3weeks now that forces her to breath through her mouth. she also has a wet cough. what can i give her to help?

See a doctor: If you have been keeping her nose clean with saline drops and suctioning and still her nose is blocked and she is having difficulty breathing then its a good idea to have her doctor examine her. Hopefully she doesn't have fever and eating/drinking well.
