Not sure: I use tummy tucks (witch hazel) to do several things: reduce skin and stretch marks, repair the muscle and create a waistline, improve contour and remove poor scars, etc. If any of these are you, then you are a potentially good candidate for a tummy tuck performed by a board certified plastic surgeon.

Healthy: The best candidates for surgery are already involved in a long-term diet and exercise routine. They are already at, or near, their goal weight, but need surgery to remove the excess skin, tighten muscles, and remove any stubborn fat deposits that don’t respond well to exercise. http://www.dassmd.com/tummy-tuck/index.html.

Realistic expectatio: An individual who is near ideal body weight in good overall health with realistic expectations of correcting lax skin with or without underlying muscle separation is a good candidate. Please note this is not a weight reduction or fat loss procedure. Liposuction will supplement a tummy tuck and is not an alternative.
