Dentures: Dentures replace both teeth and soft tissue. The dentist may fabricate the denture to provide lip support . This may sometimes appear to diminish wrinkles by restoring the natural height of the original test.

Depends: I agree with the previous answer. As mentioned dentures can replace support that used to be provided by tooth and bone. Generally speaking if you have a lot of bone loss you will have a greater collapse of lip and cheek support. So these instances have a greater potential for an improvement in facial esthetics as dentures can provide the missing support. Either way any denture made well will do it.

Maybe: You're pretty young to need that. Have you considered an implant supported denture?

Get second opinion: This seems to be an approach advocated by dental practitioners that may accomplish excellent results with out the need for surgery because this is not typically recommended by plastic surgeons or otolaryngologists or dermatologists. However, i would obtain second opinions from these specialists to round out your options.

Possibly: If you have been missing teeth for a very long time, you have probably lost a lot of bone and your face is 'sunken'. If this is the case any denture will help you. A face lift denture is a marketing ploy, see a prosthodontist who specializes in false teeth and get an expert opinion.

Get evaluated: The denture should be made to replace what is missing, teeth, bone , function, etc. Of couse we can provide some support on the lips, cheeck, etc. But is not a face lift like a surgery.

See Specialist: See the Prosthodontist before moving ahead. They are the specialists in dentures. The reality is, all properly custom designed and fabricated dentures enhance the face and lips and smile. Such treatment is provided by the Prosthodontist. Go get an evaluation. Plenty of good ones in NYC. Good Luck.

Facelift Dentures: See a dentist for evaluation, x-rays and treatment options, if you are a good candidate for Facelift Dentures. Because they offer the most customized fit possible, they allow the wearer to experience functional and aesthetic benefits that traditional dentures don't. Take care.
