How old ?: You may want to consider dental implants or even saving the teeth you have if possible. Without the stimulus of natural teeth or implants, the alveolar bone will wither away. Denture is not 4ever: Your dentist can help prevent some of the facial aging if you return every 2-3 years for a reline, and every 7 to 10 years to get new dentures. A complete denture worn too long can really damage your facial appearance.
