Sorry for your loss: Even one person can cause it. The head x-ray can tell if the trauma was single or multiple. But it's difficult to say, how many people were the cause of it. Sorry again, but i don't think anyone can help you on that.

See below: This is difficult to answer without knowing all the facts and examining the patient. Blunt head trauma can occur from a variety of things. If you are concerned about the diagnosis talk to a law enforcement official.
