May be too much: For some people, working out too much stresses out the adrenal glands and makes them gain weight. You may need to cut back a little. Plus there's no getting around the fact that you have to change your diet as you get to be 30 and over. Sorry (i know it's not good news). But it's a good idea to start now. Eat less sugar, sweets, fruit, and add lots of fresh green vegetables.

What you eat matters: It is not simply a matter of calories in, calories out. What you eat matters. If you eat a lot of sugar and starch, you will be prone to store fat. If you eat mostly protein and vegetables, you will be prone to burn fat. What you eat matters very much! Sit down with a wellness focused doc and together design a program that will work for you: diet, exercise, stress reduction, etc. Just do it!
