Get a plan: If you are below your ideal body weight, you need to think about what you eat and get the right number of calories in the right foods to achieve your goal. On the other hand, you're probably ok and 10% body fat is low but not dangerous. Eat good foods, not junk, and you'll be fine.

Hard to tell: It's hard to tell whether you will or not. If you ingest more calories than what you spend, then you will gain weight. I want to warn you to avoid "unhealthy" calories such as those coming from fast foods, carbonated drinks, snacks, etc.
