I'm 6ft 136lb. i look leaner to average. i play a lot more than to what my eating habits. feel my metabolism rate affects me gaining weight. any tips?

Eat.. : Weight gain is accomplished by eating more calories than you burn. If you want to gain lean weight (muscle mass), you will need to increase your caloric intake and make a large portion of that increase be protein and complex (rather than simple sugar) carbohydrates.
