Not right now: We need much more information about your risk status, the hdl-c is the biggest problem, and more difficult to manipulate. Good diet, optimal weight, exercise may help with the hdl-c, but whether you have existing clinically significant cardiac disease, other risk factors, family history and other medical conditions like diabetes may mitigate the recommendations. Discuss with your doctor first.

Need more info/data: Before advising, we need more information to determine your risk for a heart attack. Other factors to consider are your age, gender, blood pressure, family health history, whether you've smoked, and your complete history and physical examination. For starters, you should consult your physician about a program to initiate total life style changes. You may need drug therapy too. See your doctor.
